Coming in One Week...

The return of Weigh In Wednesday! I know you're all excited! We went back to our Weight Watchers meeting on Monday, and we're hitting the reset button. We're already getting back on track with our eating and walking. I'm hoping to be at the point that I can start the Couch-to-5K training by the middle of August!

Also, I've got to make a button for Weigh-In-Wednesday, because I'm tired of these posts being so boring and pictureless!

  1. Thanks for the post on my blog. We have more in common then just shopping for a new camera I also went to WW last night. Not so good this week. I think I need a reset button too. Good luck this week staying on track. My husband feels the same way about the large price tag for some of the cameras I've been looking at too.

  7. I need to kick myself into gear. I don't know much about Couch to 5K but I definitely have heard a lot of people talking about it. Can I walk my couch to 5K? :) The doctor said I would never be able to run again(not that I really ran in the first place haha) but I need a goal to become more active.

  8. Hey girl! Thanks for your comment on my blog. :) You can do it!! I started in Feb 2009 my first training for my first 5K. In October I walked my 1st half marathon. Now I've started over for the 2010 year. Did my 5K and now training for the 1/2 marathon again. I lost over 25 lbs just last year alone with walking. Let me know when you got the button up. I'll link it to my blog. :)
